Ooredoo and Samsung

Ooredoo has announced its cooperation with Samsung to provide the Galaxy A22 5G phone in the State of Qatar.

The new device is available in three colors, purple, gray and white, and has 64 GB of memory and 4 GB of RAM.

The device is compatible with the ultra-fast 5G network, and has a large 6.6-inch screen with FHD Infinity-V display and a versatile camera.

With the high-resolution screen, the 5G technology ensures a great viewing experience, whether when watching content or playing video games.

The device provides a good experience for users thanks to a long-lasting battery (5000 mAh), a 48-megapixel main camera, a 5-megapixel wide camera, a 2-megapixel deep camera, and an 8-megapixel front camera.

Sabah Rabia Al-Kuwari, Director of Public Relations at Ooredoo, said: “We are introducing the new Samsung device to our customers to enhance the range of devices that support the 5G network that we have worked hard to prepare”.

“We are committed to providing the highest speeds and the best value so that users of such a phone can make the most of the digital future we seek to build in Qatar”.

“Achieving complete customer satisfaction is one of our main goals in the company, so we are very pleased to add this device to our 5G portfolio.”

Ooredoo and Samsung

It is worth mentioning that Samsung had signed years ago a memorandum of understanding with Ooredoo, the leading telecommunications company, formerly known as the Qtel Group, which has a large presence in the Middle East, North Africa and Southeast Asia markets.

Under this memorandum, the two parties have cooperated in projects that contribute to accelerating the growth of technology uses on the move, and the adoption of the Internet in various Ooredoo markets, with special attention to the markets of Qatar and Indonesia.

Samsung appreciates Ooredoo’s ability to provide products in Ooredoo markets, where the percentage of young people under the age of twenty-five is 40%.

Therefore, the company has paid special attention to providing data service to enrich the lives of young people in this category and open the door to new opportunities for them, which prompted it to open many branches around the world.
