That initial deal covered the design and construction of an AI-specific data center with a capacity of 50 megawatts. At that time, the company stated it would commence engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities approved by Huwaini, while finalizing the formal contract, which was expected to be signed within two weeks.
