LONDON — The top Brexit negotiators in the U.K. and EU will talk again this afternoon amid an impasse that threatens to blow up trade talks, officials on both sides said.
David Frost and Michel Barnier are preparing to hold a phone conversation which could take place around 2 p.m. U.K. time.
It comes after a chat on Monday failed to secure the formal resumption of formal talks, though equally didn’t end negotiations altogether.
