ACP receives 13th batch of wounded Yemenis, praises Oman’s role

Muscat, (Business News Report)|| The Arabic Center for Prosthetics (ACP) in Dhofar Governorate, Sultanate of Oman, has received a new batch of 50 wounded Yemenis at the center to provide them with medical care.

The 13th batch of amputees who were affected by the war in Yemen has arrived at the ACP to receive mobility training and rehabilitation.

ACP’s founder, Sheikh Hammoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi, expressed his thanks to the government and people of Oman and His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq for all the humanitarian efforts made by the Sultanate for Yemen and Yemenis.

Al-Mikhlafi praised Oman’s humanitarian role including opening its ports to Yemenis and embracing the wounded and Yemeni travelers since the beginning of the war.

“Oman has been a great aid and support all the way since the establishment of the ACP, and even before, in an admirable fraternal, humanitarian stance that brought joy to the hearts of many families in Yemen,” he said.

In their speech, the wounded praised the charitable efforts of their brothers in Oman, and the ACP, which restored hope to the wounded Yemenis, returned the smile to their faces, and helped integrate hundreds of amputees into society.

A humanitarian charitable project, the Arabic Center for Prosthetics in the Sultanate of Oman has received 800 war-affected Yemeni wounded and provided them with medical care and mobility rehabilitation in line with international standards.
