Dubai – Business News Report|| MNT Holding’s public share offering has seen subscription coverage rise to nearly 13.9 times, just one day before the closing of the subscription window scheduled for Thursday, October 15, 2026. Purchase orders have reached approximately 669 million shares, according to the offering price of 24.5 Egyptian pounds per share. The total value of these requests amounts to roughly 16.39 billion Egyptian pounds. This figure stands in stark contrast to the 48 million shares allocated for the public tranche, which carries a total value of 1.176 billion Egyptian pounds. Consequently, demand has exceeded the number of offered shares by approximately 621 million shares. The Egyptian Exchange opened its Private Trading Market (OPR) to record private purchase orders for MNT Holding shares starting on October 7 at the same unit price. This move aligns with the company’s plan to broaden its ownership base and initiate trading on the Egyptian Exchange. The offering involves selling a maximum of 320 million shares, representing about 20 percent of the company’s issued capital. These shares are distributed between the public and private tranches within the secondary market. The public tranche includes a maximum sale of 48 million shares, accounting for 15 percent of all offered shares and 3 percent of the company’s total equity. Meanwhile, the private tranche comprises 272 million shares, representing 85 percent of the offered shares and 17 percent of the total company shares. Earlier sources indicated that the private tranche coverage had already reached approximately 11 times due to strong investor interest. The deadline for receiving public purchase orders is set for the end of tomorrow’s session on October 15, following the start of the subscription period on October 7. The exchange established a minimum order size of 100 shares for the public tranche. For the private tranche, individual investors with financial solvency must meet a minimum threshold of 5 million Egyptian pounds, while financial institutions face a minimum requirement of 10 million Egyptian pounds. The primary objective of this offering remains expanding the company’s shareholder base and enabling stock trading on the local bourse through the release of a 20 percent stake.
