Dubai – SEICOM Holding has announced an ambitious strategic plan to significantly expand its operational footprint and financial capacity over the next several years. The group targets injecting new investments worth two billion Egyptian pounds between 2027 and 2030. This infusion will raise the company’s total investment portfolio to approximately six billion Egyptian pounds, marking a substantial leap from its current base of four billion Egyptian pounds.

Strategic Expansion and Financial Planning

Hisham Abu Al-Eish, Chairman of SEICOM Holding, outlined these figures during an exclusive interview, confirming that the expansion strategy is being updated in collaboration with Bilton. A significant portion of the new capital, roughly ten million euros equivalent to six hundred million Egyptian pounds, is allocated for importing advanced agricultural machinery and technology from abroad. Additionally, five hundred million Egyptian pounds will be directed toward land reclamation projects to enlarge cultivated areas.

The financing structure for this massive expansion relies on an equal split between self-investment and bank or development finance, amounting to one billion Egyptian pounds each. The group is engaging with international green banks, development institutions, and local entities such as the National Bank of Egypt and the Agricultural Bank of Egypt to secure necessary funds.

Sales Growth and Export Ambitions

Financial projections indicate robust growth trajectories for the coming years. SEICOM aims to boost sales to two point five billion Egyptian pounds in 2026, up from two billion in 2025, before reaching three point two billion Egyptian pounds in 2027. This represents annual growth rates between twenty and twenty-five percent. Export targets are equally aggressive, aiming for nineteen million euros by end-2026 and rising to twenty-two or twenty-three million euros in 2027.

The company currently exports to thirty-two countries, recently launching shipments to China. Future markets include Brazil, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, and China. Abu Al-Eish highlighted Brazil as a key opportunity due to high demand for natural products. Meanwhile, the pharmaceutical sector aims to reach five hundred million Egyptian pounds in sales by 2030, leveraging competitive pricing advantages in natural-source medicines.

Sustainability and Farmer Support

Environmental sustainability remains central to the strategy, with a goal to achieve one hundred percent renewable energy usage by 2030. Current sustainability metrics stand at forty-three percent, up from twenty-five percent last year. The initiative extends to supporting forty thousand farmers through training programs and renewable energy installations in regions like Marsa Matruh and New Valley, promoting organic practices and biogas utilization.
