القاهرة – بزنس ريبورت الإخباري|| DIG Group for Real Estate Development announced that the value of its investment portfolio in the New Administrative Capital has exceeded EGP 30 billion. This significant financial milestone is distributed across eight major projects. The announcement coincides with notable progress in both construction execution rates and sales figures for the group’s developments.

Strategic Execution and Client Trust

Hussein Salah, Chairman of the Board at DIG Group, emphasized that execution remains a top priority. He stated that client trust is built on visible achievements rather than promises. The group has successfully raised execution rates across all projects, achieving completion percentages ahead of scheduled timelines. Many works were finished before their official deadlines.

The group adopts a general contractor and self-execution model for all projects. This approach allows direct supervision over quality, costs, and schedules. It also minimizes project vulnerabilities to rising material prices and market fluctuations. This strategy ensures stability and consistent delivery standards for all invested assets.

Sales Performance and Market Confidence

Hany Helmy, Founding Partner and Managing Director, confirmed the portfolio value exceeds EGP 30 billion. Cumulative contractual sales reached approximately EGP 11.67 billion. This figure represents 61.6 percent of the total sales value of the project portfolio. The group offers only 75 percent of units for sale, retaining the remaining 25 percent.

This retention strategy means the group has sold more than 82 percent of its actual inventory available for purchase. The current customer base comprises approximately 7,000 clients. Helmy noted that this number reflects the confidence DIG has built in the market over recent years through consistent performance.

Future Growth Targets and Ready Assets

DIG aims to achieve contractual sales worth EGP 4 billion by the end of 2026. The target is to double this amount to EGP 8 billion or more during 2027. Growth plans link increased sales with tangible execution progress. The group ensures financial and operational capacity to fulfill client rights effectively.

In line with offering completed assets, DIG launched Track RAD in Residential District R3. This is the first fully executed investment asset in the Egyptian real estate market. Construction is 100 percent complete, with all licenses obtained and immediate operational readiness. Sales exceeded EGP 580 million within the first week of launch.

This rapid uptake highlights strong investor demand for ready-to-operate assets. The success of Track RAD demonstrates the viability of the group’s self-execution model. It proves that delivering finished products accelerates sales and builds stronger market credibility. DIG continues to leverage this advantage to expand its footprint in the capital.
