Photogenic gang members become instant heartthrobs after stolen gun arrest
A pair of suspected gang-members became instant internet heart-throbs after being arrested over a stolen gun.
Champ Eurich, 19, and Cody Martino, 18, were bombarded with a flurry of compliments after being picked up by cops in Fresno, California, Saturday.
The pair, described as associates of the ESF (East Side Fresno) Bulldog Gang were stopped by cops who allegedly found Eurich carrying a loaded magazine.
The teenager is subsequently said to have directed them to a stolen loaded 9mm Glock 19 handgun under the passenger seat of his car. Martino was picked up on an outstanding warrant.
But the severity of the allegations facing the boys did little to dampen affections for them online, with Jeff DeGolier writing: When Abercrombie models go mad.
Red Hernandez wrote: Dang these are some cute boys … They should try Modeling.
Gabby Soriano echoed those comments, saying: There pretty lol shoulda been models.
Ebony Lee was unable to contain herself at the sight of Martino cuffed in the back of a police cruiser, and wrote: Hes fine tho ayeeee. He was also likened to late Nirvana front man Kurt Cobain.
And Destiny Taylor even appeared to proposition the alleged gang associates, jokingly tagging a friend called Chy and writing Free Our Boyfriends!!
Another commenter called Michelle Martino, who appeared to be Codys mother, also got in on the action by defending her son and his pal.
