Unsurprisingly China took the biggest hit, dropping more than two per cent at one point.<\/p>\n<p>Japans Nikkei fell more than two per cent, while S&amp;P 500 and Dow futures were down 0.7 and 0.8 per cent respectively, pointing to a lower open for Wall Street later in the day.<\/p>\n<p>The FTSE is expected to open 41 points lower at 7,651 this morning.
