NEW DELHI: The Nifty PSU Bank<\/a> index was trading 1.6 per cent up at 3,689 around 11:10 am (IST) with all components in the green. <\/p>\n

Shares of Punjab National Bank<\/a> (up 2.87 per cent), Union Bank of India<\/a> (up 2.03 per cent), Bank of Baroda (up 1.63 per cent), Syndicate Bank (up 1.56 per cent) and State Bank of India<\/a> (up 1.45 per cent) were among the top gainers in the index. <\/p>\n

Allahabad Bank (up 1.43 per cent), Bank of India<\/a> (up 1.40 per cent), Canara Bank (up 1.30 per cent), Oriental Bank of Commerce (up 1.24 per cent), Andhra Bank (up 0.90 per cent) and IDBI Bank (up 0.58 per cent) were also trading up. <\/p>\n

Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was 36 points up at 10,852, while the BSE Sensex<\/a> was 154 points up at 35,414. <\/p>\n

Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty50 index, 28 were trading in the green, while 22 were in the red. <\/p>\n

In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ports SEZ, Indiabulls Housing Finance, Dr Reddy's Labs, State Bank of India and Reliance Industries<\/a> were among the top gainers. <\/p>\n

However, GAIL, UltraTech Cement, Infosys, Aurobindo Pharma and Ambuja Cements were among the top losers. <\/p>\n
