Verified left-wing Twitter users praised MSNBC\u2019s Joy Reid after she apologized for posting homophobic remarks between 2007 and 2009.<\/h2>\n

In one post, Joan Walsh, an MSNBC political analyst and author of What\u2019s the Matter With White People?<\/em> called those who criticized Reid\u2019s homophobia \u201ctrolls,\u201d while \u201cTV Personality\u201d Scott Nevins claimed Reid\u2019s homophobic insults towards Charlie Crist are justified \u201cuntil he finally comes out.\u201d<\/p>\n
