He added that it\u2019s prohibited unless the provision is tightly customised for particular circumstances justifying the breach of employee rights.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Non-compete Agreements and Workers&#8217; Rights<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The agreements, in particular, might restrict employees from leaving the job.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">They may also deter individuals from threatening resignation to obtain greater compensation or other workplace reforms.
