Just like I don\u2019t do straight non trans women castings!\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/entertainment-arts-42172172\" rel=\"noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">wrote<\/a> Rihanna in a private Twitter message to a fan, after they asked her to include a trans woman in her campaign. \u201cI respect all women, and whether they\u2019re trans or not is none of my business! It\u2019s personal and some trans women are more comfortable being open about it than others so I have to respect that as a woman myself!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t think it\u2019s fair that a trans woman, or man, be used as a convenient marketing tool,\u201d she continued, adding, \u201d Too often do I see companies doing this to trans and black women alike! There\u2019s always just that one spot in the campaign for the token \u2018we look mad diverse\u2019 girl\/guy!
