{"id":227097,"date":"2022-06-16T06:46:18","date_gmt":"2022-06-16T06:46:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bnreport.com\/?p=227097"},"modified":"2022-06-16T06:46:18","modified_gmt":"2022-06-16T06:46:18","slug":"amwaj","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bnreport.com\/en\/amwaj\/","title":{"rendered":"Tadawul begins trading Amwaj International shares in parallel market"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Riyadh, (Business News Report)||<\/strong> The shares of Amwaj International Company will start trading on the parallel market Nomu, according to what was announced by Tadawul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Earlier, Amwaj International Company offered 600,000 shares, representing 10% of its capital, in the period from 22 to 25 May at a price of 72 riyals per share.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The coverage ratio during the offering period was about 980% of the total shares offered.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Last January, the company obtained the approval of the Tadawul Stock Exchange and the <a href=\"https:\/\/cma.org.sa\/en\">Capital Market Authority<\/a> to offer its shares for public subscription on the parallel market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">It is noteworthy that Amwaj International was established in 2001, and it is specialized in the field of selling and distributing home appliances in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Earlier, Marefa Capital, in its capacity as the financial advisor for the offering of Amwaj International shares in the parallel market Nomu, announced the completion of the offering of 600,000 ordinary shares representing (10%) of its shares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Marefa clarified that the offering price is 72 riyals per share, with a coverage ratio of 976% of the total shares offered during the offering period from the last 22nd until the 25th of the same month.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The company drew attention to completing the necessary procedures with the Saudi Tadawul Group, and then setting the date for listing the shares of Amwaj International Company in the parallel market Nomu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">According to a previous statement by the Capital Market Authority on its website, the offering will be limited to the categories of qualified investors stipulated in the list of terms used in the regulations and rules of the Capital Market Authority, and the prospectus will be published sufficiently before the start of the offering.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The authority also approved the request of the Aqasem Factory\u00a0for\u00a0Chemical Products\u00a0and Lubricating Oils\u00a0Aqasem Factory\u00a0for Oils and\u00a0Chemical Products to register its shares for the purpose of direct listing in the parallel market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The trading of these shares will be limited to the categories of qualified investors stipulated in the Glossary of Terms Used in the Regulations and Rules of the Capital Market Authority, and the registration document will be published sufficiently in advance of the listing date.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The Authority emphasized that qualified investors wishing to purchase the offered shares should investigate and study the information disclosed in the prospectus.
