London, (Business News Report)|| <\/strong>Cryptocurrencies continue their upward trend, with gains on Monday morning led by Bitcoin and Ethereum.<\/p>\n

Cryptocurrencies compensated part of the losses that it suffered during the last period.<\/p>\n

Bitcoin achieved the largest gain in three months, after a dramatic decline for the most famous currency.<\/p>\n

The rest of the currencies also gained, after the strong profits of the American e-commerce giant Amazon boosted confidence in technology stocks, and this supported digital currencies.<\/p>\n

The market value of cryptocurrencies increased during Monday’s trading by 3.2 percent to reach $1.96 trillion.<\/p>\n

In just five sessions, currencies recorded record gains, supported by the rocket rise of the five largest currencies led by Bitcoin.<\/p>\n

Statistics indicate that the total market value of the cryptocurrencies that are being traded at the present time, jumped by 16.9 percent, after rising from the level of $1,676.9 billion in trading last Thursday, to about $190.7 billion.<\/p>\n

These gains come after the largest wave of losses witnessed by the market during the past months.<\/p>\n

The forefront of the gaining digital currencies came Bitcoin. Since last Thursday\u2019s trading until Monday morning, its price jumped by 18.6 percent, winning towards $6784, after its price jumped from the level of $36,402 to about $42,826.<\/p>\n
