The US House of Representatives has announced its approval of a $3.5 trillion budget for the fiscal year that begins in early October.<\/p>\n

The approval came in a vote that took place on Tuesday evening, by 220 against 212 votes.<\/p>\n

According to the US House of Representatives, the budget will increase spending on child care and other social care programs.<\/p>\n

The House of Representatives has brought up the trillion-dollar infrastructure bill that has already been approved by the Senate.<\/p>\n

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi<\/a> said she is committed to having a vote on the bill in the House by September 27.<\/p>\n

The House of Representatives is the lower house of the national legislature of the United States that consists of the House of Representatives and the Senate.<\/p>\n

The composition of the Council is determined by Article I of the United States Constitution.<\/p>\n

Unemployment benefits<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Separately, government jobless claims increased 51,000 claim on a seasonally adjusted level of 419,000 for the week ended July 17.<\/p>\n

Despite this rise, it is unlikely that this indicates a fundamental shift in the labor market conditions, as this July is expected to witness strong job growth like its predecessors.<\/p>\n

Claims have fallen from a peak of 6.149 million in early April but remain above a range of between 200,000 and 250,000, which is in line with a robust labor market.<\/p>\n

In addition, US home sales rebounded in June after falling for four consecutive months, but the pace of recovery was modest, as higher prices and lower inventories remain constraints.<\/p>\n

The American Realtors Association said existing home sales increased 1.4% to a seasonally adjusted annual pace of 5.86 million units last month.<\/p>\n

Sales increased in the Northeast, West and Midwest and settled in the densely populated south.<\/p>\n

Economists polled by Reuters had expected sales to increase to an average of 5.90 million units in June.<\/p>\n
