The European Union needs to communicate better in the future or else other countries such as China will \u201coccupy the space,\u201d Commission Vice President for Values and Transparency V\u011bra Jourov\u00e1 said Thursday.<\/p>\n

\u201cFar too often, we didnt manage to get our story about Europe and EU support out [during the coronavirus crisis]. Its high time we stepped up on this and not allow others, such as China to occupy the space,\u201d Jourov\u00e1 said at a webinar<\/a> organized by her political group Renew Europe. <\/p>\n
