I think the notion that FISA was abused here was nonsense,\u201d Comey told reporters after testifying to the House Judiciary Committee in December 2018.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWould it be fair to say that you take issue with that statement?\u201d Graham asked Horowitz.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCertainly our findings were that there were significant problems,\u201d Horowitz said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo when Comey speaks about FISA, you shouldnt listen. You should listen to Mr. Horowitz. Hes not vindicated.
