HCL Technologies<\/a> and Bajaj Finance will replace Wipro<\/a> and Adani Ports & SEZ in the BSE Sensex, Asia Index said on Thursday. The changes will be effective December 24. <\/p>\n

Moreover, the index provider will drop Power Finance Corporation from the S&P BSE 100 index and add Edelweiss Financial Services. <\/p>\n

Asia Index Private Limited is a 50-50 partnership between S&P Dow Jones Indices and the BSE. <\/p>\n

Bharti Infratel, Lupin and HPCL will exit the S&P BSE Sensex 50 to make way for Bajaj Finserv<\/a>, Britannia and JSW Steel. <\/p>\n

On the BSE Bankex, Punjab National Bank<\/a> will be dropped for City Union Bank<\/a>. <\/p>\n

The index provider has also effected 13 changes to the BSE 500 and three to the BSE 200. <\/p>\n
